Delivery Information
Deliveries within the UK
All items ordered within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail and should be received within 1 – 3 days of dispatch.
Available delivery options for individual purchases are displayed during the checkout process.
The shipping cost is calculated on size and weight, and will be displayed at checkout.
We attempt to dispatch all items within one day of ordering.
Most orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when the item is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card, and you can then either collect from your local Royal Mail depot or re-arrange delivery online for a suitable time using the details on the card.
Any orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday may only be dispatched on the following Monday, or the next business day in the event of a public holiday.
Deliveries within Europe
Items ordered from Europe are sent tracked using various couriers.
Europe orders should be delivered within 3 – 7 days.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World
Items ordered from the rest of the world are sent tracked using various couriers.
Worldwide orders should be delivered within 5 – 10 days.

Shipping Policy
Your order will be delivered to the address specified by the individual that placed the order. If one or more of the items you have ordered are unavailable at the time of order, we will not be able to process your request and will issue a full refund. We will inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
CannaBoss Global SRL does not take responsibility regarding country-specific legal situations. Please inform yourself about the legal status of CBD products in your country before making an order, as we cannot guarantee delivery.
CannaBoss reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of items confiscated by customs authorities in the purchaser’s country.
Returns and Order Cancellation
All items purchased from CannaBoss Global SRL are covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and as such you will have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order withinwhich to return the item(s).
Before returning any item, please contact us via our email or contact form informing us of your intentions and we will provide details for sending the item back.
Any items being returned should be in an unopened and unused condition and still in their original packaging.
The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, and we therefore recommend the item is well packaged and in certain circumstances we would recommend using a tracking service. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.
On receipt of the item in the conditions mentioned above, a full refund of the product cost will be made minus the shipping costs for sending the item to you.
If you placed an order in the last 24 hours and wish to cancel it, please email your order number to [email protected] before your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next day. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for your product(s) to arrive, and then follow the returns instructions above.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item is being returned because it is damaged or faulty, initial return costs will be borne by the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, either a full refund will be made including the reasonable cost of returning the item to us, or a replacement item will be sent and the reasonable cost of returning the item to us refunded, depending on your preference and our stock availability at the time.
